It is very easy to ruin good BBQ, but rest assured that Jim 'N Nicks perfected everything there is when it comes to BBQ!!! We tried a bunch of different items, from their smoked chicken, mac & cheese, potato salad, baked beans, spare ribs, pulled pork and beef brisket.
